River Oaks

A residential community located in the core of Houston, Texas, within 610 Loop and between Uptown and Downtown, where the community spans 1,100 acres. River Oaks was established in 1920 by the Hogg brothers, Will and Michael Hogg. The community became a well-publicized national model for community planning. River Oaks was also named the most expensive neighborhood in Houston in 2013.
